Why does the app download something on first run?
PrivacyLLM downloads the AI model's weight files once (over Wi‑Fi is recommended). After that, chatting works fully offline. Nothing about you is sent — it's a plain file download.
Which iPhone do I need?
A recent iPhone with enough memory. Smaller models run on most devices; the larger "Thinking" models need more RAM. The app recommends a model that fits your device.
Is anything sent to the internet?
Only two things, and only when you trigger them: the one‑time model download, and — if you turn web search on — short keyword queries to your chosen search engine. Your conversations, documents, and the model's reasoning never leave your device.
How do I delete my data?
Delete any conversation or document in‑app, or use Settings → Data to clear everything. Deleting the app removes all of its data.
